Delivery
We deliver everywhere in Singapore, except for offshore islands, and seek to deliver within 2 working days (excluding public holidays). Our courier company will contact you to arrange for delivery if the first attempt to deliver fails.
Free courier will be provided for all orders above $80, or when the item ordered comes with free delivery. A flat rate of $10 will be charged for orders less than $80.
International delivery is based on existing postal rates with SingPost (air-registered).

Return Policy
All products purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
For products that are found to be defective, we will provide a one-to-one exchange within 7 days of purchase. Strictly no exchange for placement issues and sale items. For all apparel, once the tag is cut or item is washed, there will be strictly no exchange. An original receipt/order confirmation must be produced as proof of purchase. Warranty
All baby carriers purchased through us come with a 1-year warranty, except for Manduca which comes with a 3-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and is for first-hand buyers with proof of purchase only. Defects do not include wear and tear, fabric nubs, stitch holes or cosmetic issues that do not affect safety of the carrier. Product tags should be intact during return.

For defective JJB items please bring it down to the local warranty centre for Ju-Ju-Be. Note that all defective items need to be approved by Jujube and an exchange will be done if the item is deemed to be defective (not placement issue). Refund will be in store credits if a replacement for the original item is not available after the bag is returned to JJB Warranty centre at Sims Drive within 14 working days.
